I correlate the drivers, “the percent people” who inflate each bubble to its ultimate end. In my lifetime: Condos, Savings & Loan bubble and realtors, Junk Bonds bubble and brokers, Internet bubble and investment bankers, Sub-prime mortgage bubble and realtors (didn’t we learn from condos?).

Internet Bubble II is coming with investment bankers again. I’ve been waiting for Bitcoin which has had ups and downs but I believe will crash, brokers the sequel.

Finally I fear ultimate financial Armageddon will result from the growing chasm of what was middle class and wealthy and now is between middle class and the super wealthy.
