The better question is “what’s the matter” or “what’s bothering you?” Maybe even “what’s on your mind today, you seem distant?” Wrong connotates a problem or flaw. If the answer is still fine or okay, at least the question is less threatening and is open ended enough to allow for a follow up. Thanks for a incredible post.
